My opinion about diets
I believe that to have a healthy life we
must make a diet combining diet high in
fiber and low fat diet because it is important that whatever we eat, we need to consume fiber products, however lead a low-fat diet will make our
veins and arteries are not
obstructed by the fat and blood
can flow better by the body.
A diet high in fat and protein is not a diet that I would do personally and never would, but I know people who have done and get very good results, but I think that has bad consequences long as there will be over of fat in the body and will not have enough vitamins and minerals we need in the body that are forbidden on this type of diet.
Now on the other hand I think that having a vegetarian diet is not as accurate as we need a balanced diet and we need protein from animals.
Undoubtedly, to have a healthy life also need to make a good exercise routine and drink plenty of water during the day.
