This article is my opinion about the different diet, according to the book. Also you can correct my grammar.
The high-fiber diet.
I think that this diet is well, because you just need to eat 25 to 40 gram of fiber per day, and is easy to do. With this diet, you can maintaining better health, preventing disease, and watching weight.
The vegan diet.
This diet is hard to do if you are 100% carnivorous, because you have to avoid all animal products, including dairy and eggs. The only things that you can eat are grains, beans, vegetables and fruits.
The atknis diet.
I'm not conviced with this diet. In my opinion, is a lot consume of protein to weight loss, and I believe that could be dangerous for you healthy.
The low-fat diet.
I'm agree with this diet because you have to cut back fat to 20 to 30 percent of daily calories to weight loss and the prevention of disease. I think is simple to do, and I would try to do this diet.
P.D.: If you want to wieght loos, also you have to do exercise to see better results.
